Contract EmployeesTypical assignments run from three months to three years, however, we are able to accommodate shorter or longer contracts. Employees may be hired on as W-2 or 1099 depending upon project requirements. Candidates are sourced and screened to client requirements and have the option of types of interviews prior to start date. Clients have the option to hire the employee onto their payroll or extend the assignment at the end of the contract.
As with our other staffing services, TPM assumes all costs and liability associated with employees: taxes, work comp, and unemployment while the employee is paid through TPM.
